why im too paranoid to get on finasteride

The reason im paranoid to get on finasteride is cause or these so called side effects, i get even when im not on finasteride

a. Some times i wake up with no boner
b. My nipples are very sensitive and itch sometimes
c. I get ball ache
d. i sometimes lose interest in sex

So imagine these things happened when im on finasteride wtf! how would i know when to freak out or stay on and once its in the head it can really f*** me up.

I NEED TO MAKE A DESECION SOON MY HAIR IS ONLY GETTING WORSE

I am not sure if I regret getting on finasteride. I had a very bad shed and my hair has never looked worse. It was always thin but this is bad. Anyway, I don't know if it was caused by finasteride or if my balding became more progressive. I had to lower my dose to ,5mg to reduce libido difficulties and am much better now. I have nothing left but to stick with it now. I need the shedded hair to come back. If I had to o it over again I would not start it. I don't think it is worth all the hype but when you are desperate you will try anything. I hope it proves me wrong. BTW I am around 4 months in. Good luck. If anything atleast trying something and if it doesn't work I find myself cutting myself more slack and trying to accept hairloss a little more easier. Not sure if that makes sense.

Not sure if you're joking or not... but all those things are totally normal. Even losing interest in sex sometimes is completely normal. Despite the stereotype, except for maybe 16 year olds, every guy has moments where he's not interested in sex. As crazy as that idea may sound.

If this was aimed at me, No I am not on Rogaine. Twice a day is too much and all the other issues with it. No thanks. I would do alot of things to get my hair back but after doing alot of research some of the treatments could do might make you worse off.

Its not really the sides but the routine and we all know eventually we will succumb to male pattern baldness anyways. If Rogaine grown hairs were kept with propecia then thats a different story but when they will just fall out all at once when you stop using that is scarey. male pattern baldness is much easier to deal with when you don't go into work looking OK one day and a cancer patient the next. I would be too embarrassed.

I also wanted to clarify something with my above post. I looked back when I ordered my finasteride and I didn't even start finasteride at the time I had that massive shed. It was male pattern baldness. SO I think I can say I have had no shed on finasteride since starting and am actually 3months in so it is still early and am crossing my fingers...I will begin to try to gradually increase the dosage to 1mg again since my libido is normal again at .5mg.
