Why Is It That People Discuss "shedding" If male pattern baldness Causes Hair To "miniaturize"?

I never understood that. And I'm not talking about a "finasteride/dutasteride shed". People talk about seeing less/more hair in the shower or on their pillow when they wake up. I thought that with male pattern baldness hair becomes thinner and smaller and eventually "falls out" once it is barely noticeable with the bare eye...

Any answers would be GREATLY appreciated...

Paranoid schizophrenia is directly related to baldness. What is keeping you all wearing a good wig with good adhesive.
I mean shedding ,finastride ,RU ,dutasteride,nizoral bla bla bla. I think after few years balding men will use drugs as main course for dinner and meals. I would not surprised if I will see post like finsteride noodles with garlic sauce.
