Why is no one talking about topical spironolactone and proxiphen?

Hello,

I do a lot of research to find the right treatment for me (very sensitive to finasteride) and researching products like saw palmetto, fluridil etc. Until the old posts of the 2000s I only found people who said that these products were ineffective. Even on RU there are more negative opinions than positive.

But when I looked at topical spironolactone I saw a lot of reviews saying it had stopped their hair loss with no side effects. But all these posts date from 10 years ago and no one is talking about them anymore. Much like the proxiphen which contains spironolactone, many people say that it works a lot to regrow at the hairline.

Why no one takes or talks about it anymore if it's so effective for a lot of people?

Okay. But what has your experience been with these products?

This is interesting. I'm thinking in the future to try to make Miracle lotion from Turkish forums where people says that it helps a lot, with ingredients such as:
in 100ml contains:
- 3.2% Spironolactone (3200mg from 32x Aldactone 100mg
- 0.042% Cyproterone acetate (42mg from 21x Diane 35)
- 0.000735% Ethinyl estradiol (0.735mg from 21x Diane 35)

The CPA at such low dosage is useless. In Italy doctors prescribe it in topical at 1%
