Because they think that for most guys the only way they are getting puss after NW3+ is either looksmax to high heavens and have 8/10 facial features or literally rape a helpless victim like a child.
I bet its somewhat accurate too, NW3+ guys are going to have built up sexual frustration and hate against the world so are likely to be less mentally stable and more violent. If I had kids I would tell them to be especially cautious of NW3+ men

Not just pedos... Norwood 3+ and thinning hair is associated with "sleazy" types as well. Loan sharks, bookies, gangsters, just scumbags in general. If I recall, wasn't Steve Carell given thinning hair on purpose in the first season of The Office? I think this was an attempt to make him look more evil. Most villains in TV shows and movies have thinning hair, a receding hairline, or are bowling ball bald.

I think its because pedos are the lowest of the low (justified) - thus media has to potray them in the most disgusting, creepiest way possible. But also in a weak way.
I mean you often admire or somehow respect bad guys, for their strength, their ruthlessness. Gangsters are rolemodels for plenty of kids outthere. Or think about people like the guy from wolf of wallstreet.
But pedos? A pedo goes for the weakest member of society - because he is weak himself.
The guy has to be the opposite of sexiness and masculinity to trigger the right emotions. Otherway the audience wouldnt be satisfied. And a grown out horseshoe on a fat, middleaged white men with glasses and an non-masculine face combines ugliness with lack of masculinity

When I was a kid my NW6 Dad was asked to leave the poolside one time, even though he was there with me and my sister. He obviously told the guy to f*** off, it always stuck in my memory. Only when I was a bit older did I understand that they thought he was just some creep perving on the kids.
It's certainly much easier to picture a bald ugly guy as a pedo over a good looking full head. I wonder what the actual stats are.

And people wander why I dread baldness and do every thing to fight it. My parents wandering why I made a big deal out of it and am wanting to spend 1000s of dollars on a transplant. Losing your hair is bad enough, but then you have ignorant people thinking you are a child raping monster because of a genetic flaw you have no control over.

Has anyone ever noticed (was just mentioning this to my GF) that pedos are the ONLY group so ostracized they literally "can not" get help? I remember watching a video documentary on "virtuous pedos" and a couple of the guys seriously seemed to hate who they were and swore they would never actually touch a kid but when you scrolled to the comments people just wished they were dead and took out all their anger on them instantly.
Im not advocating anything but wouldnt be more beneficial for society to acknowledge this is probably not an actual choice (LIKE being gay) and offer some preemptive help? Stop stigmatizing the ones who may want to seek some correction and get some support groups. They do say most of these people were actually victims themselves and never learned to cope.
I just think the hypocrisy from everyone on all sides on the matter is just nuts.
