"bro it's consenting adults behind closed doors, they can do whatever they want"

"bro it's their body they can do whatever the f*** they want with it"

Such flawed reasonings is why the west and consequently the world has been going downhill. The elite ripped the people off their sense of community, whereas if someone is doing something that is objectively unhealthy and unnatural, it's still fine because "they're not hurting anyone else." And that's obvious horseshit. Degeneracy and moral bankruptcy have become the new norm because people are completely giving in to their delusions and animalistic desires without knowing what the f*** are they doing, nor do they care. People have such simplistic, shallow concept of good and evil that they think as long as you're not directly harming anyone you're good, even though it's much, much more complicated than that, and your actions are like a chain reaction that will have future consequences

As a member of society, your actions do affect your entire environment, even indirectly. If you dig yourself deep into a pile of sh*t, sooner or later other people will have to deal with it as well to some extent. And THEY HAVE TO, because a society can't function without a tight community and inclusion of all of it's members. That's why everyone has been getting more depressed, more cynical, more miserable with each passing day. Whether we like it or not, if we disobey nature and give in to our deranged mental delusions, it will eventually bite us in the back. Living in disharmony with our nature is why this world has been going to sh*t

That's why religion is the most important things EVER for humanity. More important than politics and all the pointless horseshit that people care about too much even though it doesn't mean jackshit. Religion guided people and formed a sense of community that deepened their bonds and helped them live a fulfilled life

Without God and religion there will never be a happy, functioning civilization or society

At the end of the day it’s about justifying feeling good all the time, ie hedonism. It’s a selfish feeling that discourages big picture thinking or unity with others. It also makes you a worse person. Guess what? Even if you don’t hurt anyone, that’s not an excuse to do something.

Do you believe in Atlantis?
Not really. But i'm pretty much always open-minded to any possibilities, and don't dismiss anything because "it sounds unrealistic". Maybe Atlantis was a highly advanced, ancient kingdom that got destroyed but was so influential in human history that people created myths and legends about it and called it Atlantis

Western society is fucked. We can only blame ourselves for this. We lived also to long without war. War turns boys into men and weeds out the weak.
Quite the contrary, it's WW1 and WW2 that crippled the European spirit.
Countries like Japan are doing just fine with an 80 years peace streak.

I'm a strong proponent of living in disharmony with our nature. I think that's a wonderful idea. Nature is dumb, amoral and inferior, and should be reshaped and remade using technology and brute force.
Touch grass. City slickers have their chance of schizophrenia increased by 300%, among many other mental and physical illnesses. That's how wonderful it is in practice.

What lol. Japan has a decreasing population due to their low birth rates & also issue with high suicides

Also "bro it's their body they can do whatever the f*** they want with it" .. if that's sarcasm promoting pro-life. Then I disagree. Too many people incapable of being a parent getting pregnant. Pro-choice helps combat that

True that. The people most incapable of being a good parent tend to get the most children.

Socialism is deplorable in theory, and deplorable in practice.

Capitalism is wonderful in theory, and wonderful in practice.

Neoliberalism is a pretty decent system (though not nearly capitalist enough), and has worked beautifully like a bunch of magic pixie-dust for the whole planet. The global population should be thanking their lucky stars for this system.

You've convinced me, let's go straight to communism instead

I don’t only think that society failed religion but I also think that religion failed society. Whether we like it or not, societies change. Science, globalism, technology and education have changed the role of religion (especially Christianity) and religion has not been able to adapt. I am all for spirituality and community but I simply cannot get myself to worship some guy in the sky whose life existence has never been proven. It’s like life after death; I really hope it exists but let’s be honest.., it is very f*****g unlikely.

Christianity has failed the West i agree because it wasn't practical. The west abandoning religions all together was stupid though, they should have looked for a better alternative instead

High Japanese suicide rates are a midwit meme. The US, Belgium, Lithuania all have higher suicide rates than Japan. I think they are on place 25 right now globally. Please do your homework.

The world is overpopulated, decreasing populations aren't the end of the world as long as you manage them correctly through reforms and robotization instead of replacement which is exactly what Japan is doing.

The world is underpopulated. More people means more generation and exchange of ideas, hence more progress, innovation and growth. Environmental problems are real but generally blown out of proportion, with a few exceptions.

I agree that the "mah Japanese suicide" meme is cringe, and Japan is a wonderful and functional society.

If you care about nature and wildlife, the world is definitely not underpopulated.

In general, my views on having kids are "crank 'em out and rock 'n' roll". Have lots of kids, it's awesome. Good for you, good for them, good for the world. It's a beautiful thing all around.
Antiantinatalism then lol

Naive.
I'll take my ressources, affordable living space and intact ecology over regulated 'exchange of ideas' on twitter with a world population whose IQ and brain mass is constantly decreasing, thank you.
This 'progress' is a mirage. Eternal growth that just makes us unhappy, dumber and even less wealthy apart from a select few, who can amass absurd amounts of wealth with their intellect and obsession through the vehicle of technology. We are on the verge of techno feudalism, you'll be a good little consumer serf 'own nothing and be happy' with virtually no independence from mega corps and no power over your destiny.
