depends on the quality of your donor. some men can achieve full coverage from a nw6 if their donor is god tier. look at some results from dr zarev. but that's only the case in 0.1 of men. genetic outliers

what if im already Norwood 5?
Depends on your donor and hair type and realistic expectations, you cant have that extremely thick hair with a NW1 hairline, you can have thin but not bald NW3/2.5 which is doable if you have a good donor and a good doctor and good healing etc. Hair transplants have many factors, you have NW2 who get failed transplants simply because their hairs cant survive the transplant, which is just due to their genetics. Just like some people develop barely any scars and some people get horrible scars and even if the surgeon had the perfect technique.

Unless you have non aggressive balding, perfect hair characteristics for a hair transplant, a thick wallet, are ok with limited hairstyle options and are ok with going under the knife every X years it is a bad idea for most cases.

No transplants are more democratic than ever, especially in Turkey. And it's only a minorty of balding men who have all bad hair characteristics, I think most guys could pull it off.

Of course don't expect teenage density.
Decent looking transplants are 7k euro+ at the bare minimum.
Going to a Turkish hair mill is a big no.

We have all seen the amazing transformation pics. What we do not see as much is how these guys look 5 year later without any AA’s.

What I don't get is that I've seen balding people who when with a buzzcut look like they are extremely diffuse and almost bald, yet when it grows longer they look like they've got decent heads of hair. Couldn't it just be possible to get a transplant like that and just grow it longish?
