Why the hell can't I get a damn eyebrow transplant?

I am 24, I need an eyebrow transplant, my eyebrows are way too sparse on the outer edges of my eyebrows and also they have a weird shape I don't like in that I need to make my eyebrows slightly positively tilted.

But most importantly, I need eyebrows that are full and dense

Yet every single f*****g doctor I asked to do it rejected my offer. The money isn't an issue.

Try minoxidil or latisse

Isn't minoxidil only temporary for hair growth? What about latisse?

Isn't minoxidil only temporary for hair growth? What about latisse?

Minoxidil grows terminal hairs, more after a longer period of time. Its generally recommended for a year or longer. Latisse, supposedly works but can burn fat pads around the eyes.
