So, I used topical spironolactone for about three weeks with great results on my hair however, I got significant side effects from it, even though many believe it doesn't go systemic, any topical put on your scalp will go systemic. Anyway, my new plan is to try using low doses of proviron to counter the side effects of spironolactone's anti andgrogenic activity.
I know proviron is essetially DHT in a pill and instinctually counter productive for hair loss, but is it possible to use topical spironolactone to shut off dht receptors in the scalp and use proviron to keep gyno and limp dick at bay?

I don't think proviron will raise DHT enough in the target tissues. And DHT is broken down quickly in the blood. It might help. But I think topical DHT on your chest or dick would be better.
