will finasteride make existing gynecomastia worse?

I've had a moderate case of gyno since puberty (or perhaps pseudo gyno?) People tell me it's not that bad, but it has always made me self-conscious enough to have basically ruined my life in a lot of ways. Anyway, I'm scared as hell that taking finasteride will only make this problem worse.

If you're already pre-disposed to one of finasteride's dreaded side-effects, are you more likely to be affected adversely by it?

Well i never had gyno my whole life till i tried finasteride. So the likelly hood would be yes. Its usually temporary however unless you continue to use it for months and months then it can end up being permanent.
