I do have to admit, the fact that some users' lack of foresight to use the SEARCH function to find info they're looking for, PRIOR to posting, can be quite exasperating.

It's amazing how many of us spend our adult lives like couch potatoes. I'm not saying exercise is the answer to everything, but regular exercise makes a difference with my libido.

I think the first question a doctor should ask his/her "elderly" patients must be how much physical activity they are involved in. If the answer is close to zero, they should be made to get off their a**es and get that body moving.

Also, this is the first time I hear about penis getting smaller after the 40s. It could be a case of the penis being buried in the fat or lack of full-erection.

I do sound like a health fanatic, I'm far from it... All I'm saying is that we all need to use that body as much as we can.

A big penis may look good, but it could be a nuisance as well. If a penis is big, it will require more blood to get fully erect, so it could be more difficult to get it up. Smaller penises, by the contrary, need less blood to get erect.

Yep, there's nothing natural or real about sex in p**rn films. Many p**rn actors use Caverject (alprostadil), an ED drug that is injected into the penis and gives a totally artificial erection that lasts for hours.
