Will Finasteride Prevent A Young Man From Developing A Full Beard?

I'm just curious if my beard will still continue to fill on propecia. I can already grow a Lincoln beard but my mustache and beard dont connect. Also I'm always growing more hair under my lip. Obviously, head hair is more important to me but I'd appreciate it if you could share your experiences. Thanks
