Will hair transplant Ruin Chance For Future Treatments?

Why wuold you think that? I don't see why it could. Unless you harvest all your donor area and all the grafts fail to survive in the recipient area. But you would have to do it with a butcher for something like this to happen.

It depends. I think it will ruin it for replicel because replicel awakens dormant, not totally dead yet follicles.
There's a thing called collateral damage in FUE where you destroy native sparse follicles in thinning areas while attempting to increase density. For that reason FUE is best recommended for slick bald areas.
But for tsuji it should not matter unless the area has been so damaged due to multiple FUEs that now there's a lot of fibrosis and very poor blood flow. (Speculation)

I recommend FUT over FUE. Why? Because with FUT if you want to get future transplants it allows you to get the max amount of grafts unlike FUE. Sure the scar is linear, but imo it looks a lot better than having tons of tiny holes in the back of your head. The cost is cheaper too by quite a bit.
Now to answer your question, in regards to hair cloning I’d say most likely no since unless you’re harvesting a good amount of your donor (nearly all) then you’ll have hair left to clone in the donor. I don’t see why they can’t just take a transplanted hair and clone it too though.
Tldr; I’d rec a FUT & you’ll most likely be able to participate in future treatments/cures

Most transplant surgeons recommend fue over fut, also if you like to wear your hair shorter fue is most suitable as you will have no scar. Idf you have good donor hair i believe fue is the way to go. Also more natural hair growth direction with fue.
