Will my hair ever grow back? [7 words

It's been quite some time since I fucked up my hair with a product. I went through a stage of constant shedding that lasted for months, since 2019. I still have a full head of hair, but the areas affected (sideburns) and a portion of top haven't grown as I expected to be, therefore making impossible certain haircuts other than rocking the long hair style. I wonder, if there isn't anything going on other than this (don't have male relatives with baldness), will I ever have the chance to recover my hair? When I was in highschool my strands used to be thick bot not that much; nowadays it's getting thicker and darker, so that's a fragment of hope I've been clinging to it. To add more information, my scalp was burned with a product in 2019 and the shedding lasted until half 2020. There isn't any considerable changes so far, but it seems that I've maintained and even regained a bit of density, if anything.

Good luck. You have options still.
Didn't understand. I just wanted to know if the follicles damaged by the product can grow or not. It's not male pattern baldness as the pattern is all zigzagged, from top to sides, whatever.

Unless the follicles were actually destroyed then you should be able to coax them back. Even if scarred, microneedling might fix/heal them to active follicles. Generally it seems that increasing anagen is key.

Before. It will gradually sting less if my experiences are representative. I had heavy scarring on my scalp everywhere and they ones on top, the follicles, have largely healed and are productive again. At first, There Will Be Blood, she says; what a great movie title!

So you will have to rinse maybe right after when beginning but I use Min both before/between and again after. You want it to have it's best chance for absorption. For scar relief, it's seems to work immediately. For regrowth like many things, it will take at least nine months but the key for increased counts is increasing anagen which microneedling must do apparently. I do the entire scalp for diffusion thinning and scars from hair transplants in the fringe.

So you do it daily? Or it depends on the needle

Once a week since July of 2019 without fail or I made up for any I missed the next week. Now I am trying twice a week with long needles at 2.0mm and focusing more on specific areas but I always without fail, do neck, throat, face, hair and scalp every time. It's effects on all skin are rejunvenative probably from stem cell induction. Miraculous says Janey. Janey's not Janey without microneedling her face, more so than hair even. It's wondrous if not impossible in its effects on scar tissue.

It's all bio-feedback mixed with improvement as a titration measure. Basically just start and needle size doesn't really matter except the different needles hurt differently somehow so you might like lower mm's. I recommend 1mm to 1.5mm because it seems what most testing used up to 2.5mg which I was doing but that one broke while cleaning. If you have hair, they clog and I try to use a blade edge to remove it but it's hard to get it all. People with longer hair need longer needles especially if you needle over/thru the entire scalp as i do. Then hold any areas if you snag and gently roll backwards and squirm, lol, and it will come out but gently. I have verified that microneedling works on scar tissue because the actually start to scab again and do so for months until "healed" I did facial microneedling in a salon and that hurts worse than at home but I didn't bleed. You guys don't use estrogen but estrogen plus Microneedling plus just the right amount of topical Min can do wonders in terms of setting back the clock. I am almost 57 and was at the baseline pic for at least 15 to 25 years and it all grew back and if the scar tissue hadn't healed, none of this would have worked for me because I am anecdotal proof that transplants can peter out over years and years....

I had punch grafts and the procedure where they remove strips and it works for that. I was amazed at how the scars shrank the first 8 or so times I MN'ed and thinking it was dandruff but it was scab material being expelled.
