Will Propecia stop hair loss forever?

Conflicting things I have heard on this: Will Propecia stop hair loss forever? I have heard that it supposedly will. What I'm asking is this: IF Propecia works for me, will I keep all of my hair? Have any studies been done on a 5 year period or something like that?

Thanks.

No one can really answer that question because Propecia hasn't been around forever and we don't know how long forever will be.

I think what you mean to ask is will Propecia last long enough for you to die with hair and the answer to that is probably no.

You will have more hair for about 10 years from what I can tell. At some point people get old enough for their hair to fall out.

Good luck.

Thanks guys. I'm just wondering if I can still expect to have a full head of hair at like 60 if it works for me. And I've heard that we should definitely have hair cloning and stuff in the next 20 years and that my generation is the first that never has to be bald if we don't want to... not sure if there's any truth to that.
