Will removing dht from my face only with azeliac acid cause more scalp dht/a rise in scalp dht?

Like can it cause dht in the scalp to rise if I use azeliac acid on the face only to remove dht from my face?

if I’m not using it on my scalp as well/any other anti androgen on the scalp?

I would use azeliac acid on my scalp but I don’t because idk if it’s okay to use on scalp with all the other ingredients in it, it’s from the ordinary.

all other ingredients are:

Aqua (Water), Isodecyl Neopentanoate, Dimethicone, Azelaic Acid, Dimethicone/Bis-isobutyl PPG-20 Crosspolymer, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Hydroxyethyl Acryalte/sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Polysilicone-11, Isohexadecane, Tocopherol, Trisodium Ethylenediamine Disuccinate, Isoceteth-20, Polysorbate 60, Triethanolamine, Ethoxydiglycol, Phenoxyethanol, Chlorphenesin.

That's not the most scientific rendering but I have wondered myself whether beard removal would be beneficial to hair regrowth for this very reason. It might account for minoxidil beards leading to even more scalp hair loss which I find to be hilarious.
