Without a doubt, propecia cured my acne

I was not expecting this at all...

Clearly, I have had a hormone imbalance for a long time as I have suffered painful acne covering my upper back since I hit puberty. Despite the reassurance of many doctors initially that this would eventually subside it never did. I celebrated my 30th birthday in January this year but the problem remained as ever.

Totally unexpectedly, within 3.5 months of propecia use my back has completely cleared up. I no longer have a single spot, boil or blemish. I can actually sit down in wooden-backed chairs without squirming in agony (I can only equate this to when you bang your toe and feel the need to shriek in pain... except social convention dictates that this is a very inappropriate reaction from simply sitting down)

Anyway, I'm happy to report this anecdotal side-effect, which I have seen referred to previously too... although which has never been scientifically proven. For me, the exact 1:1 ratio of propecia use to acne clearance is all the proof I will ever need. Nothing else has ever worked.

Pity I don't yet see such powerful effects on my hair, but I will be patient...

Well that's the benefit of oily skin. It keeps your skin looking young and wrinkle free.

sebum glands are stimulated by DHT made from 5ar1, not 2. I doubt propecia would affect them. It would just affect body hair.
