I been trying to fight hairloss for way over a year now and i have tried various things like
Saw palmetto & castor oil (no result)
LIPOGAINE (Side effects - chest pains)
Minoxidil (Side effects - joint pain)
RU (side effects - Chest pain)
Nizoral (seemed like it made my hair worse)
Finasteride (current)
Spectral.dnc.n (minoxidil alternative called Ninoxidil - current)
spironolactone 2% (current)
Been on finasteride (1 every other day due to itch when taken daily) since Christmas and i can't say its helping as i am still receding to the point i was hoping to avoid. Spectral.dnc.n and spironolactone i ain't sure i been on long enough to make any difference. but if Finasteride isn't working then i dunno where to go from here
Could try Dutasteride, but i don't wanna switch prematurely.
I think finasteride has lowered my testosterone abit and something has definitely given me mild gyno... but nothing is changing and im losing faith that anything is gonna work.
