Worst case of Gyno?

I have significant male breast tissue, but I think I had above-average male tits even before going on finasteride. Now I can't tell how much worse it is. If its just ten percent worse, I would be okay with still taking finasteride.

So out of curiosity, for those who got larger breasts while on finasteride, how much worse did it get?

Are you talking about fat or gynecomastia? It hurts like hell when lumps grow, and you must take care of it. Do some research on Andractim. You can read about it in my thread.
