I'm 44 years old and have been shaving my head since about the age of 30. I first noticed my hair loss a few years before that. I've never tried any hair loss treatments. Do you think I would achieve any noticeable improvements with, say, topical finasteride and minoxidil?
Any advice would be appreciated!
