I heard something about this recently but the article specified that you can actually get blood clots from it and other complications that could only get solved through surgery. I guess it's important who does it and how also, but it's different from the other parts of the body were it was done before because of the thickness of the skin and it's differences from other parts of the body. Plus the fact that it's not well documented and not even one study done with results on hair loss, just a couple of indian anecdotal reports. It's clear that blood flow has a saying in all of this baldness thing, it's not a mystery anymore, but how it's not yet well understood. I think it's a more complex thing to reestablish a complex network of blood vessels than just poring toxic chemicals like minoxidil is or doing this vagina pump thing. It could help maybe, but for how long, what are the risks and how much of a reward?
What people need to understand that all of these "theories" with all of these "snake oils" from natural to chemical have been already strongly tested by the scientific community but by the people also, from desperation, curiosity, etc. If something would really be great and accessible it's almost impossible to not know of it, you would see at least one person with great results and proof from the method or theory you are searching for. Unfortunately until this day, the only 2 things that seem to work and are approved and well accepted by the majority, are minoxidil and finasteride, maybe dutasteride even, don't want to get into the transgender estrogen part, even if i find it fascinating and i don't know why the scientific community does not take it more seriously, maybe they could learn something.
But for now, things seem to align with their DHT theory and it's clearly that both, blood flow and DHT and maybe even testosterone, have a saying in male pattern baldness. Why? How? Are there more factors? Nobody knows and the data that we have is the only thing we have, even if a lot of studies are not done correctly, even if pharma can't be trusted and everything they say or sell must be taken with caution and with a grain of salt, it's the only thing we got, and it's still better than anecdotal random internet reports from random strangers, or indians trying to scam or sell their souls for a penny.
Stick with the proven, if they work they work, if not try a transplant, try a wig or go full transgender lol or just accept it and move on. Don't waste your time butchering your scalp and body with things that won't give you at least the wanted benefits, it's not worth the time and the struggle.
Ohh and stop searching youtube for hair loss "cures", you covered most of them in your last posts, i wonder how you did not ask about "balayam" until now
