If you quit fina, will the hairloss become worse than if you never took it in the first place?
I've read this abstract https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=19484778 from a study (CONDUCTED ON GERBILS) which showed that after ceasing fina the androgen receptors were upregulated which would make things worse for hairloss.

Does anyone know of any studies like this but conducted on humans, or any other knowledge??

I haven't started yet. Just scared to start in case I experience sides at some point and have to get off, then ending up worse than if I'd never taken finasteride at all.
