Well, my son is 14 and balding. He definitely looks young for his age, as you tell us you do, "decro". Round boyish face, slim body, would easily pass for 12, at least with his crown covered. Yet, he has MPT and it's visible all over his crown, and it has been confirmed with his doctor. We also know that his biologic dad and granddads suffered a very early hairloss too.
Actually he's not even unlucky about it, his mind way too occupied with other things I suppose (he's very active with sports and always had lots of friends). The thing worrying me, as his dad, is that his quick balding head could be the cause of future ridicule and taunting. So far that didn't happen and my worries most probably are completely without reason.
So my advice to you is just to stay the great kid you are. If you have a young face - be happy about that! Some boys your age don't. Some are scarred for life from acne. Hairloss simply is not the worst thing that can happen, even if you're a teenager. Cut it short and most people will see your face instead of your (missing) hair.
Be a good boy, be happy or you'll get a spanking ;-)
