Hello everyone, Im 22 years old and shedding a lot of hair each day. I wanted to see how much hair i was shedding a day so i would use several techniques to do this and count each hair for 30 days. The average lies around between 200-225
First i'll brush out as many hair as i can. Usually about 60-70 fall out.
Then i'll use both hands and run my fingers through hair, this is where most of the hair usually tends to fall out. About 150 or so. Is this because these hairs are so loose they will fall out anyway? And is the amout of pull your using with your fingers important? I dont pull too hard, about 50% strength.
