How can I rapidly speed up my hairloss?

I'm 19 and my hairline has been receding since I was about 15, and it's thinning all over. I've started using propecia, but even using .25 mg every other day has aggravated my gynecomastia, which I am getting removed via surgery next month, and my libido has suffered to some extent as well. I don't want to use an aromatase inhibitor as a long term solution, so I would much rather accelerate my hair loss to the point where I can get a hair transplant and not have to worry about further hair loss or dealing with fins side effects.

Is there any way to do this in a relatively short amount of time, say six months to a year? I know this is an unusual request, but long term, it's what I think is best, and I don't want to wait around with my current hair line and thin hair for any longer then I need to.

EDIT: I'll add that money isn't an issue, so if you think you have an expensive solution, by all means feel free to share it.

Lol, Andactrim would work (DHT gel). Might help your nipples somewhat too. I don't see any reason why you would want to speed up your hair loss btw, whatever though.

You need to rethink this a bit, as losing hair faster will not help you in the long run in any way.

Instead of speeding up your hair loss, why don't you get into the habit of shaving your hair to a stubble or bicing it everyday if it is bothering you? Would have the same effect without the cost/ramifications?
