That true geordie clip...yeah not a lot of empathy but also nice to see someone not take the p*ss and just be like "get rid of it you'll look fine".
I feel for Bale...it must be hard being in the spotlight and being known for having certain hairstyles. He's one hell of an athlete and I'm guessing that he wont want to be taking propecia.

TBH, "shave it and move on" is also the mantra of a lot of people who already shaved it and have regular head shapes.
Anyways, I think the comics is really mean because it shows an angry Bale and a giggling competitor.

But why should we care?
We as a society, that is.
Why should it bother the average citizen what this guy does with his hair?
I've always found men caring about another man's appearance to be a very petty, and even feminine trait.

I was quite shocked when I saw the overhead view of his crown. He has obvious recession but it's still at the early stage where it looks fine - dense NW2. His crown is getting wrecked though, he can't pull that style off much longer.

Because it's less competition and they know the impact hair loss will do, asking to shave is asking to not hide the balding so that everyone can see it so that you can suffer the consequences.

I have actually seen this first hand...
I was a casual friend of a rather decent looking dude, early 20's, he was perhaps an NW2 or 2.5, but his hair was still thick enough hair to pull off a decent style, and he had some success with the ladies.
Anyway ALL of his so called friends were encouraging him to "just shave it, bro" and accept his inevitable fate.
P.S. His friends weren't that successful when it came to female action.

Thats ridiculous. I dont know how it happened but people just dont like bald people. Its much worse in england than anywhere I have seen

And then when you shave it all with a blade you often hear comments like "look at him. we can still see that he is bald, he's trying to hide the baldness by shaving it all down".
Because even when you shave, the outline and ghosting of the hair is still visible. Not to mention the barrage of comments you'll get if you're pink white and have a shinny head.
The hiding part really messes with people.
Honestly, if you're bald or balding, comments is something inevitable.

I think I know what you mean. It messes with people because they feel as though they have been deceived if you manage to cover up the full extent of your hairloss.
As if that's the point of your life, to please them. Why can't people just live their lives and let others life theirs how they want?
