Is this gyno or what is it? (pics included)

I took propecia 1mg for 30 days. After that I noticed that my left nipple if getting puffy and weird while my right nipple remained pretty much the same. What do you think, is this early gyno? Should I stop taking finasteride?

As you can see, the left nip is definitely puffy. What is happening? I am quite fit, about 12% bodyfat.

If there is no hard lump right under your nipples, it is not gyno.

Do u feel anything weird goinf on around ur chest. . It might just be your hormones adjusting if it doesn't feel sore

No pain / nothing weird but it freaks me out that one of my nipples got puffy like that.

I think its a bit too early to tell. i'd leave it for another month or too, then evaluate, and if it turns out you (or others ) think its gyno then there will still be time to stop the drug before the gyno gets too prominent. Or otherwise make the decision to continue even if it is Gyno, i.e. prioritise hair over gyno.

ultimately its your choice.
