2.5 years ago comparision do i hop on finasteride or keep using saw palmetta?

I was around 17 at first pic and now im 20. I dont have more clear photo from 2.5 years ago because i wasnt caring about my hair. Started using a vitamin with 340mg saw palmetto month ago to keep my hairline but i dont know should i hop on finasteride instead. Its kinda sad to see miniaturized hairs and widows peak since when i was a kid and i dont even know am i receded beyond maturing line
