Curiously, since rama and seti are both crth2 antagonists and we know as a matter of fact messing with pgd2 influence your sleep, how could you get sleep sides from seti and not from rama?
Beats me. For what its worth, Im taking rama topically. Maybe less effects systemically, after all, the inflammation I am trying to stop is in my scalp. Oral seti would inhibit PGD2 everywhere else, which may be the reason for sleep issues etc.
My sleep is easily effected by whatever I take or do. Rama has had no effect in my short experience so far.
