The estrogen does all the work on HRT. It doesn't matter what you take with it. Bicalutamide is useless for hair, just like Duta if you don't respond to it. Bicalutamide on HRT does not increase T or DHT. You are talking bullshit. On paper, Bicalutamide is several times more powerful than Dutasteride and is generally one of the most powerful antiandrogens available for purchase. Dutasteride is not even close.

Again take a look here. 5ar1 can still convert androstenedione to DHT. what can you do with e2???? NOTHING. What can you do with bica? Yes you block the receptor but you would need lot of bica to lower like 25ng/dl DHT

If Bicalutamide is worse than Dutasteride in terms of DHT, how do you explain that Bicalutamide reduces prostate PSA many times better than Duta, if prostate PSA depends on DHT and T? And how do you explain that Dutasteride does not affect skin oiliness, while Bicalutamide completely stops sebum production, which is caused by DHT?

Because those studies are done on men with lot of testosterone and dutasteride rise it even more, on hrt with low T it does nothing to PSA. I have done more blood test than you did in your entire life and my psa decreased on dutasteride but not on bica. Dutasteride helps with oily skin but maybe you are not taking a proper dosage to stop all the 5ar1, simple

Yes I did 150mg with Duta. This year I did Bika with Duta and RU. After 3 weeks I noticed I was going bald. I went back on the E injections and my hair is growing back.

Not in this case. I was on oestrogen HRT before I went to RU and Bicalutamide. And I saw it get worse. When you try treatment after estradiol HRT, it's a completely different situation and you're an idiot if you don't understand that.
