Bicalutamide is good for the skin, I highly recommend it. If you are still losing hair on HRT - I can't give any advice here. I couldn't see any deterioration in the hair condition in the photo, but you can tell better.
your T is still too high and your E is low. you're not properly suppressing with EV alone. i think you need a higher dosage of estradiol and yeah, it wouldn't hurt to add bica.

This is a good level if it was measured on the last day before the next injection. His T is in the castration or female range. Level E is also fine. In fact, this is exactly the minimum level that is expected on the last day before the next injection.
well yea this would be fine for the average trans women but for a hair obsessed estrogen user shouldn’t we be shooting for better levels? Like we’re all hella f*****g sensitive to T so single digit is really what we’re looking for in combination of pregnancy levels of estrogen for that perfected look
eh adri is a nice guy but I wouldn’t follow his word for gold exactly. He dramatizes small problems and makes them seem like a bigger issue than it is. Bica or Cypro is pretty crucial for a full regimen and I would plan to get on it eventually if I were you. But you may wanna get your levels a little more optimized on E mono therapy first
