Iron ferric glycinate 25mg daily. Sufficient?

I bought this medication from a hair clinic

30 capsules per bottle.

Finastride 1mg
Minoxidil 2.5mg
Biotin 1500mg
Iron ferric glycinate 25mg

Doctor told me to take 1 capsule per day

But I took 3 capsules a week.

You know, to lessen the drugs intake.

Been taking it for 3 months now

Been taking Finastride (Finapecia) alone for years.

I never had oral Minoxidil.
Using Rogaine foam for years now.

Are those Iron ferric glycinate sufficient enough?
Should I increase the dosage?

BTW, serum transferrin saturation levels are low in male pattern baldness and could be caused by low vitamin D levels.

Why would you switch up your drugs after so long? It’s probably cheaper and way easier to buy everything separately.

Look into lactoferrin as it raises iron levels better than ferrous gluconate and has a self limiting effect to prevent iron overdosing.
