Hi,
I take Fincar (Generic Proscar, 5mg Finasteride) daily. I cut a circular pill into 1/5 size pieces (as close as I can), and take 1 daily, as a cheaper alternative to Proscar.
I purchased my Fincar from a reputable source online. I have genuine Fincar made by Cipla, as far as I'm concerned.
Anyway, I cut a pill into 5ths, and take a piece, then finish the next 4 pieces over the next 4 days.. then I cut a fresh pill.
I store the Fincar pieces in a plastic Propecia bottle, which I still have from when I took those expensive things. I keep a small desiccant packet in the bottle as well, to remove any moisture that may get in. (I live in a very humid part of Texas). I keep the cap tightly on the bottle, and keep it on my dresser.
My question is; do you think there is any problem with this storage method? I mean, the inside of the pieces are exposed to air, because they have been cut and there is no blue coating on the white powder inside.. can this cause issues if your house is really humid?
Thanks
