Where did you get that from sorry? Have you noticed good results with it
A popular place for RU is anagenic but others on here get it cheaper from gegobo I believe. Bica I order along with finasteride and oral minoxidil on alldaychemist. Fluridil can usually be sourced when you search it in google shopping

do you mix your own bica? Like buy the pills and dissolve them?

Your front has improved noticeably density-wise, and you can still see some more thickening from finasteride till the 2 year mark. It is hard to get regrowth in the temples after you've lost them, and they're usually the first to go. Can be solved with hair styling or a different haircut tho. Are you using minoxidil consistently? It is detrimental to your hair if you don't use it daily. You could always try tretinoin and more consistent microneedling if you want to. Oral minoxidil will probably be more effective but it can end up being detrimental to your cardiovascular health long-term, it should not be taken lightly.

Hello interested for opinions. it's been 10 months on the big 3. I was hoping for more progress. bit disappointed. not sure if this is good or not. can't work out what to do. today my scalp is a bit red from micro-needling so that's why. let me know what you think.

1mg finasteride daily
5% minoxidil
keto shampoo (nizoral) daily
micro needling too inconsistently for that to be factored in

Finasteride is 18months, but looking at your temples is there many baby hairs as it looks like you lay just have a lot of lost ground and finasteride can't bring it back only grow baby hairs.

I’ve been consistent with minoxidil but I feel like minoxidil doesn’t work for me tbh. I feel like the improvement in density has been from finasteride, obviously i can’t prove that because I started both at the same time but the fact it didn’t thicken up til about month 8 makes me think it wasn’t the minoxidil. I’ll try adding tretenoin and the derminator

That’s why it’s frustrating. I just want the baby hairs to grow normally and that would be enough, being realistic

Probably i am heading there, but for now I am NW3 with diffuse thinning on top and i am not getting any better no matter what i do.As a matter of fact I am getting worst.I am not mad at all,on the contrary,I am very hopeful.

NW5 I’m betting.
Ask doctorhouse and mr slaphead, they have seen my hair, they can confirm it.

Bro like I said, your options are oral min and a topical antiandrogen to hold you over until you get a transplant. Unless you want to transition!
