Man i remember Aderans and Intercytex and was really depressed when they failed. It was really sad but we have to look with perspective.

At the time, they were expected to bring us what Tsuji is trying to do now: full hf regeneration. When they realized that was imposibble with their cell culturing techs they didnt have the data to show prevention because that wasnt what they were looking for. The trial was designed to show rapid and consistent hair regrowth, check the link I posted.

The "bright side" was that in 2013 Shiseido saw what Aderans investors didnt. They bought the rights from Replicel for Asia and designed a trial looking for long term mantainance of hair.

I agree its sad that we have to wait this long for something that should already be on the market though.

tbh, I feel like aderans / intercytex / hairclone sound more promising cause they are multiplying DP cell.

replicel only multiplies DSCC and DSCC induces DP cell, and in the end, we need more DP cell, not DSCC.

After doing some research, I'm very convinced that hair cloning is definitely imminent. Human trials before the end of 2020 have to be a certainty at this point surely? To expand:

-Tsuji claims to have solved the inductivity problem and is seemingly only doing safety testing at this stage. The lab is still bullish about doing human trials next year.

-Hairclone is cloning company based in the UK. The founders claim that recent advances in hair science and understanding mean that cloning is finally feasible, which is why they have decided to get in the game. They are currently looking for funding. They are presenting at Barcelona.

-Angela Christiano seems to have started a hair cloning bioscience company named Rapunzel. Backed by Colin Jahoda, and website recently emerged. She is at Barcelona.

-Most interestingly of all a European startup named INVITROHAIR is already selling the de novo hair follicles their lab is producing (for testing purposes) and they have photo proof of cloned follicles on their twitter account, for all to see. They claim that human trials for the cloned follicles will possibly be end of this year/January 2020? Maybe Tsuji won't be the first to get this into human application? They're also at Barcelona.

3 of the 4 (potentially even 4 of 4) hair cloning companies active today are presenting at the Barcelona Hair Congress, it's vital we get someone to meet these people and ask them on their future plans.

If only all Bros could just sit back and do nothing but b**ch and complain.

I thought the ones hiding in their houses sitting back watching tv and bitching and complaining were the ones paying for this??? Because I'm pretty sure the ones not bitching or complaining or hiding would not be delusional enough to pay for this dumb trip. The only one benefiting from this is the guy getting a free vacation...

but they are all in ridiculously early stages.. this is of no value if i takes 15 years to move forward. just look at old threads, they all talk the same aka "we have intercytex aderan and histogen, no way all of them are going to fail they have massive funding and the science works the cure will come", that was a post from 2011. who knows what happened to those poor folks. it's just sad to read that. even for maintenance i am just not convinced, adorans stuff never gave regrowth in more than 60% of the participants. pretty much the same thing happens with rch-01. who knows why some people don't respond to it. and what might happen with tsuji, some humans might just not accept the cloned grafts. there is so much that can happen, we haven't even started human trials yet. and all these other companies are just talk i think, say if christians were to start NOW with hair cloning, in europe that wold take a decade to get anywhere close to clinical application. most likely more than that. and they talk the same old same old for 6 years now since the initial success and leap forward by tsuji.

why haven't people learned anything, if the japanese with their big *** research facility can't get it going why do you believe a small startup like invitrohair can do it. especially because int heir interview they were very in concrete and like "hair loss needs to be treated individually", that smells like sh*t tbh

You're incessantly pessimistic. Regarding your post, Histogen is in a phase 3 trial, the issue is that it's seemingly not as efficacious as we were led to believe. Aderans and Intercytex fell through due to funding or whatever else, yet their legacy is being followed through with now, with RCH-01 and the cloning companies. And people like you only ever bring up them 2 companies, ignoring the fact that right now there's so many options being trialled as compared to them 2 things.

Finally you're probably right, maybe all of the things being trialled will have flaws or non responders. So what? Isnt that the same for all medication? And you're also probably right that it could take a decade until these therapies are widespread in a commercial sense, but I dispute that we are a decade away in terms of first in-human trials, which is all i claimed was imminent.

I'm sorry your hair is falling out, maybe these therapies will be too late for you. You don't need to be so negative though still, it's cool they exist in the first place

Edit: just cos bringing up aderans and Intercytex annoyed me, I'd like to mention that you acting like the outlook is the same now as it was in 2011 is intellectually dishonest/emotionally blinkered. There's 3 potential hair loss treatments in phase 3 right now (histogen, Samumed, fevi). When has that ever happened before? Aside from them 3, there's a further 2 phase 3's scheduled for this year (Breezula and Follica). You're gonna respond with "yeah but they've been delayed before", and that still doesn't change the fact that they are still active and still moving forward. Cheer up mayn.

Bros I had put in request for days off and waiting to hear back on it.

Bro wants a free trip....lmao....

.sorry Bros....giving this guy a free trip is not gonna get you any closer to hair...what a scam.........any information at this convention will be readily available. Why send this guy for a free vacation?? When are you guys gonna learn??? You will all b**ch like two years ago when this guy doesn't bring back proper information or questions. He will be too busy seeing the sites ..ahh hahaha..

Those that pay for tickets and other expenses take the reasonable risk to do so.
Maybe he will go just to have vacations
Maybe he will go and have excellent material to provide us
Desicions require reasonable risks and not just whining and bitching,,,

Why wouldnt you take advantage of that? If everyone here is throwing in semi knowingly for some guy to have a free vacation and you've cut through the illusion with your powerful deduction blade why wouldnt you try and be that guy going on a free vacation? Whose dumb?

Personally, if I were going to this conference on the community’s dime; I would be posting a video on here introducing myself, explaining why I am going and what I will be doing, and showing you proof that I have requested time off work for this venture.

Unless someone can prove that they are going beyond a shadow of a doubt, I don’t suggest giving them money.

Wtf are you talking about lmao. It’s pretty logical to ask for someone’s credentials and proof before sending them money to attend a conference.

I’m not referring to Long John specifically, I know he has been to a conference last year.
