So I sent Tissuse an email.. they replied.
The SHT (smart hair transplant - neopapillae) are in the very late preclinical stages. They'll be looking to go through human trials over the next couple of years also. They reckon it'll be a couple of years after that again when it's widely available as an alternative to a hair transplant. Mainly due to how much tighter European regs are (which is reassuring).

They kind of have gone under the radar. I'm as excited about them as I am about Tsuji now.

Lol

Cyclosporine A, or CsA is old as f***, nothing new here (80's)
RiverTown Therapeutics for example...dead end
You can find tons of threads about it in this very place, bad news is, this is toxic and most likely not viable on long term + mild to poor results

Why are you even talking about it Mr. ScienceMan ?

Just read today that FDA recently approved an antibiotic for acne formally owned by allergen.

To temper people’s expectation, that very same antibiotic had its application accepted by the FDA in December 2017. It took until now for it to be approved, about 1 year..

FDA approval:

FDA acceptance:

I raise this point because the OP has asked if their will be a cure/treatment by 2020. This should give a bit of a reference for people hoping to use new drugs that may help with hair loss.

@HVI Can you tell us anything about the Prostaglandin hypothesis or in particular setipiprant as a crth2 blocker? Many here believe that setipiprant is a dead end because Allergan is not releasing any information about their results or a possible phase 3 trial. But still Setipiprant is listed on the Newsletter page with Dr. Antonella Tosti.

If Setipiprant will work then Fevipiprant will as well even better. If Fevipiprant will be released it is huge disadvantages for setipiprant, therefore from business perspective seti is usless. However I would love to see their phase II results but it is not happening.
