I've lost the game man. I'm not even kidding or saying it for attention. I'm diffuse thinning and finasteride helped my hairline grow baby hairs, 1000 percent, but the top of my scalp is getting highly worse.. Been 4 months now. I thought it could be a shed but I'm not even seeing hairs fallout.

I cannot afford a transplant yet unfortunately and it might be my ONLY option. I'm giving finasteride more time of course, but I don't think my hairs holding. In the sun I can see right through. I really want to keep my hair for 1 or 3 more years.
Use fibers?

There’s cycles with finasteride. Shedding phase then growth/stability. Don’t give it up or you will lose even more.

what do you think are the best foods.

Gluten-free, dairy free, sugar free diet.

But when you're cutting out Gluten, make sure you take supplements for all the nutrients you would need.

Zinc, Iron, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B Complex, Magnesium

When cutting out dairy, make sure you take a Calcium supplement to make up for the lowered intake of it due to cutting out dairy. Also almond milk is a good alternative and has 2x more Calcium than Dairy Milk from cows.

Also, if you're thin, or medium weight, make sure you hit at least 2000 calories a day! As a guy, if you're not doing this, you will cause more damage than good. It's very easy to not hit 2k calories especially when cutting out Gluten, dairy and sugar because they make up so much of one's diet. So you will have to start counting calories per meal.

Telling me I'm clueless is laughable, you're clueless. Of course there's some calcium in broccoli and spinach, when did i say there wasn't? But it's a small amount compared to the amount you get in milk or almond milk. The daily requirement for calcium is 1000mg. Broccoli has 45mg Calcium per cup and Spinach has 99mg per 100g. Which isn't a lot.

Did I say Chicken Breasts don't have Zinc? Sure they do, but small amounts, like 0.7mg per 87g serving. Most people take around 25mg of Zinc. Although the daily zinc requirement is said to be 11mg.

Zinc is one of the most if not the most common nutritional deficiency in the world, affecting 1/4 of the population.

Also, you'd have to eat a lot of said things to meet the required daily requirements. Sometimes some people are able to get away with going under these requirements, but doesn't mean it's advisable.

1000mg BTW. Nobody get that much daily, and too much calcium is never good it will cause calcium building in the skin which hinders hair growth. Calcification is the correct word for it.

Dude, lol I literally said iron is important. Learn to read instead of disliking every post. Also, obviously protein is important, didn't mention it because I thought it was obvious.

As for calcium, how can 1000mg be too much when it's the daily requirement LOL.

Also, Calcium is meant to be taken with Vitamin K2 to prevent such, thought it was obvious so I didn't mention it, but clearly you're the clueless one.

Keep coping and assuming wrong. I take Vitamin K2. It's not my fault you didn't know things. Can't expect me to write down every single thing thats important.

And yes I know most don't get Vitamin K2, some haven't even heard of it. That's why they should at least get it in Supplement form.
