Hair looks incredibly dense and good in your last pictures. I would say it's a Norwood 1. Dunno if your first pictures were from before starting any treatments, but your hair already looked good back then, although it looks even better now. You're definitely in a good spot and I wouldn't bother with a hair transplant at all. You might want to consider getting a scalp biopsy done to see if you have hair loss or not, or analyze your family's history.
