thanks. well, so lowering my dht levels gonna make my effort on gym less useful?
I do not intend on getting huge tho, just wanna keep my Adam Levine like body.
It depends on how much you lower it and where it has been, by using finesteraide be sure that you must try harder to keep your muscles,
not only by lowering it naturally in a moderate level wouldnt cause that but also your skin gets to be brighter and better.

I actually work out 6 times a week- 5 days weight lifting and 4 cardio. My weight has fluctuated the past 5 years and I did lose a significant amount of weight from 21-23 (40 pounds) I eat healthy and usually have a few drinks on the weekend. I dont ever eat fast food either.

So you are saying that me working out and lifting weight and gaining muscle is going to affect my hair loss? I do not want to give up the gym or my lifestyle. I am also 6'5 198 if that helps.

listen philip, working out is very good and decreases the hairloss although you are making DHT but it is not that High to cause hairloss, in fact by working out you make your heart beat faster and with more energy so, you have more blood flowing into your entire body, dadaaaa
that resembles what minoxidil does? aint it mate?
what I mentioned in my last post is for those huge guys that use some steriod drugs for that.
and I bet that your weight loss is because of using finesteride, so keep on, keep working, dont lose hope and dont stop minoxdil
