I've waited a while to share this. Did 2500 Fit grafts with Cooley. No meds although he strongly suggested them, he suggested a more conservative hairline since I was going to avoid meds.
I believe I have diffuse thinning but it was no problem for Cooley. My main goal was to fill in the hairline to frame my face. I'll likely need a 2nd op in the future and could use one to thicken the top already, but I'm happy with the hairline.
Biggest take away, don't worry about your hair until he 6 month mark. I had zero growth until then.
