45 Days On Finasteride And Receding Badly

I'm on finasteride1mg-daily since 45-50 days and my temples have receded badly

My hairfall is 25-35 hairs

You should give it at least 6 months before ditching it (ideally a full year). Many people experience sheds and/or worsening hair in the first couple of months. It's a good sign the drug is working.

But my hair volume is definitely increased in these 45 days and also i.e I am able to style keep my hair as spikes
I'M able to see hair popping out from the follicles where there were only single weak hair..
.but this is happening only at the centre of my hairline
But the problem is Temples are still thinning and receding

Pretty minor hair loss. Somewhere in between Norwood 1.5 and Norwood 2. Stick with finasteride, without it you'll go bald anyway.
