that thing doesn't even appear to have needles at all. the article was very clear in describing the synergistic properties of wounding (needles) and RF combined together.

the head has multiple dot matrix pins but are not needles ?

surely it close to what is needed ? or is their something closee to what is needed out their for rf microneedling diy ?

somethin that doesnt pearce the skin and is quieter appeals to me compared to the derminator. i am just using a 1.5mm dermaroller now
