to help 6 pack abs, maybe apply cortisol cream to your lower abs, if that area is stubborn.

That´s what I am doing, htgt! I am really excited to see the progress with my body. I just have to get rid of some of my moles with laser and then I have really good body in 2008 and can walk without shirt in summer. Too bad I can´t go swimming. I am willing to sacrify anything for a body like Brad Pitt. Not for some stupid pussy, but only for myself. I want to feel good about my body.

Here are some tips to get a 6 pack :

-Run with plastic wrapped around your belly.
End up the running by an exercice on the floor that will burn your fat(it's hard to describe though):

Back on the the floor, legs half bent, raise up your belly from the floor and then start doing fast rotation with your belly.
You will feel a great heat at the place of your belly

-Also, you should do some abds work out with weights, cuz endurance won't make them growth.

I am thinking about hiring a personal coach for like once a week, it is expensive but I have the money. He might do some exercises with me, get me a good workout plan and such. The rest of the days I might work out alone.

the only thing you need to hire a trainer for is to teach you propper squatting form. Everything else you can learn online. There are many good programs. Why pay someone to pick one for you if it is as good as the next? I'm sure Hairy will agree that most of those trainers don't know sh*t.

90% of trainers are morons...they dont even know proper squat form.

I agree though..the hardest things to learn are prob the MOST beneficial...that includes squats, deadlifts, straight leg deadlifts, and bent over barbell rows.

watch vids online and practice in the mirror...most importantly start light.

Brad pitt is pretty skinny in that shot......

you dont need a personal trainer, finding out GOOD information on weight lifting/working out is much easier than finding information on hairloss treatments (That work)....
