Yeah I'm sure women reject him after going through his hair line with a fine tooth comb and magnifying glass
Lol.

Look guys, I know you can't expect heaven and earth from a transplant. But geez....the guys head is almost completely visible in that picture he took in the sun... How can people not see that? Even the non-norwood spotters?

Great to hear.

I'm not sure whether to wait like 10 years until I'm in advanced balding and just get one major FUT and never worry about it again - or whether to get a FUE in 18 months and then get another in maybe 5 more years when the back thins out as well.

It comes down to whether I want to spend my mid 30s looking bald.

Every good hair transplant expert you meet, doctor or patient, should tell you that long term planning is key.
I've not followed your story... But have you consulted surgeons? What are their recommendations?

You could put an advertisement on this guy's head, in the transplant area... and still be able to read the ad!

You can just about see flashes of scalp, an inch in to the hair line, which is almost, very close to a naturally dense head of hair.

Completely visible scalp? You really are expecting heaven and earth from a transplant. Considering especially these are bright pictures up close as well, it's a great result and nobody, even Norwood spotters would suspect it if you met the guy or saw him walk past (but if you knew him, maybe after a bit of time).

Are you one of those people on HairLossTalk.com with barely any hair loss and insist the slightest imperfections are game ogre?

Strange way to look at it. But yeah, that's what I meant.

I'm Norwood 5/6. Not sure which of the two yet.
Dude... Normal people haven't got hair so sparse....have they? Agree it is well done... But even then it doesn't look like a full head.
Can an additional hair transplant help the guy density-wise? Assuming he has donor left

It just looks like a nicely done boob job. Check out Ava Addams or any number of JAV stars. Up close and in my hands however, they just don't feel like the real thing

I'm a norwood 3 with a little diffuse.

I look exactly like this:

Its quite easy to style right now and because I'm 31 it doesn't look weird for my age.

Sadly I'm thinning slightly in the middle now and can see myself needing a hair transplant within a few years.

I'm currently saving around 200 dollars per month so can afford it in two years.

I live in asia (I'm british) so will probably get one from dr path in Thailand.

You're lucky then. Can have excellent results if you're such a low Norwood.

I know - its just saving for the damn thing.

I can either save like crazy and not go out for a year and get a hair transplant in 18 months.

Or I can make it 30 months and still have a few holidays in between.

I think I will go for the latter, unless the hair rapidly declines in the meantime.

I used to write about not getting a hair transplant at all, but now I realise I would prefer to look good way into my 30s and 40s

It's worth it. A couple of years of compromise and good looks for years to come is worth it. Damn...I wish I had hair like yours

It looks normal. In fact if its too thick then that can make it look unnatural too

Lol i have a family member who was asked if they were wearing a wig because their hair was so thick
