So what part of his regimen made his hair "regrow" and get more "thick". The NoFAP? Are you sure? What about the water? The fact that he started eating healthier. He also stopped excessively taking vitamins and started getting his nutrients from food. You want NOFAP to work so badly that you ignore the fact that this guy stated that he changed his whole life. For someone to say "yes NOFAP works" it has to be the only thing you change in your routine.
