If you haven't tryed it for atleast 2-3 months(which I doubt!), then you're better off saying nothing at all! And maybe it didn't work on your agressive NW6 thining, but would help tons of guys with recession and not that agressive male pattern baldness!

You know.. i am kinda bummed i didn't take baseline photo like 1.5 years ago. TBH, i didnt expect anything. And progress is sooo slow.. Detumescence along hairline really helps as well.

In my case , it's a diffuse thinning that didn't get noticeable when I grow my hair to a one month length , no hairline recession to worry about , I just hope that it will get thicker as I've read it many times from people following this therapy.

I surely will fredthebelgian , compte là-dessus.

I don't know how much time it takes though , by slow , how long do you mean precisely? more than 6 months ?
I can hold out that long I suppose , my sexual pulsations have completely gone ...

My sheding drastically reduced after 6 month mark. After 10-12 months I could say that my hair loss was at halt. We'll see what happens next- I have a good feeling..Like I said- progress is extremly slow. And when the members of my family start saying my hair looks better, different or asking if i did something to my hair- only then i realised something was happening.

Its not a science, i guess everyone reacts differently on nofap. I don't wan't to give false hope to anyone.

And ffs, monkey, if you get a chance to **** a girl- you do it! I always looked at it as a reward for nofap.
