Adding minoxidil to topical finasteride - help needed with mixture please

Hello

Just started topical minoxidil and micro dosing to see the effects, i did get 0.05% with minoxidil but 2ml (1mg) is a bit too high to start off and want to get the lowest amount of serum DHT reduced as possible - saw studies of 50% vs 25% - 0.05 v 0.025, i have long thick hair which is not going to be covered by a 1/2ml dropper so i diluting using minoxidil max.

Also for people with long hair like me using 0.5/1.0 ml twice a day wont cover the entire scalp area needed.

This is what i am doing:

Making 0.025% topical finasteride, mix 8.5 ml of Essengen-F with one unit of PG solvent (60ml), and you get 68.5 ml of 0.025% topical finasteride (0.25 mg per ml)


How much minoxidil do i need to add to this solution please? Can i just use a Kirkland/regaine solution for example?

Also if anyone has any advice or experience please let me know, sorry very new to this. Thank you

Topical will go systemic anyways. My hair is long too so I use both topical finasteride 1mg with min. And oral finasteride 0.5mg daily. Go all in or lose the fight.

Out of curiosity, why use both, was topical not sufficient on its own? I actually have responded well to topical as far as side effects hence why i turned to it in the first place, oral just crashed my DHT and suffered sides as consequence. These are minimalised with topical. Do you apply min seperatly on in the solution together with finasteride?

I got the same sides on topical as I did on oral. So I figured why not use both topical and oral for more scalp dht supression. I have a pure bottle of finasteride and a pure bottle of min. Use both at the same time yes.
