Best way to fight the itch I've found is by using anti androgens, and I don't say that lightly. Since starting Cyproterone my itch is about 70% - 80% gone, it could get pretty bad before but now its not usually noticeable which is great because I use concealer now.
Is that a topical or something orally

I agree with Retinoid- I think part of this itching = balding hypothesis has turned into some kind of hairloss law before its been proven, particularly by people on this forum and others. Dr William Rassman himself has said there's no correlation between itching and male pattern baldness, although I know this doesnt change the fact that some of us here do suffer with an itch from time to time.
I did terribly about 2 years ago myself and the thing that helped me relieve it was taking oral Pumpkin Seed Oil and when the Itching was really bad a Certizine (Zyrtec pill). I used finasteride, Minoxidil and a Ketoconazole shampoo the whole time and included oral Pumpkin Seed Oil. Everyones bodies react differently but I would reccomend trying it to see

Has to be an immune response to our shitty diet. When I fast and eat just meat, zero itch. When it’s beer and pizza etc horrible itch.
