I dunno that would be stupid though.

We may as well boo the whole damn league if were gonna boo A rod. It's seems pointless to even care anymore. At least until they clean things up.

And no steroids are not "evil" However they are against the rules. Baseball is supposed to be a game played on natural ability. Not enhanced ability. If you play better then someone because you work harder then they do, then you deserve the money and the stats and the accolades. If you play better then someone because you take steroids and they don't, then your cheating, and your not actually better then them, your just better when your on steroids and they aren't.

I'd be fine with steroids in baseball if every single player was on them. But it isn't everyone.

I'm pretty sure most professional atheletes are under the assumption that their competitors are ON something, therefore they have to get on something too or else they lost their edge and cannot compete.

At those levels of sport, people will do whatever they can to get the edge and be the best.

LOL... saw this picture pointed out on a sports blog and had to share with you.

From Dodger Stadium:

umpires_room.jpg

It's obviously a standard sign convention that was used throughout the stadium, but I wonder if any of the stadium maintenance crew got a chuckle out of the irony. LOL

You got it!

Its a very old fashioned traditional criticism. People have called them blind since the late 1800's.

Sure is. That pause he had before he said "Thank you" to his teammates was such a crock of sh*t.

It's always a messy sight to see a diva try to scarf down a heaping slice of humble pie.

Lots of coughing and choking.

I saw this interview with him on TSN, And actually believed him.

Then they showed an interview a couple years ago, one he did with Katie Couric..
He had the exact same expression and conviction when he told her straight up, "No I never did steroids".

Dude should get an oscar.

I imagine he thinks, deep down that there's really no reason for people to hold a grudge.
