i know this is an old thread but i think we should actually look into calcipotriol as it is used as a topical treatment for psoriasis - a long-lasting autoinmune disease of the skin, i guess that means that it is an analogue of vitamin d thats active on the skin without having to be ingested, will look foward to try it, thanks to proscar2 for this interesting thread

Just to make this list as minimal and easy as possible could we summarise this to :

So basic Costa regimen will be :

Topical Calcipotriol XXX Topical Cod liver oil VIT D and VIT A
Topical Tretinoin XX Cod liver oil/ Minoxidil with tretinoin
Valproic Acid XXX Valerian root drops
Oral Revesratol X
Topical Carbamazepine X
Oral/Topical Duta XXX NA topical Morr F
Topical RU or Topical CB XXX Morr F topical monxodil with finasterdine.
Estriol XX Topical Morr F
Topical Seti/Ramatroban XXX
Montelukast XX
Cilnidipine/Verapamile X
PgE2 XXX Minoxidil
Dermaneedling XX Yes

X : Important.
XX : Very important
XXX : Essential.

So in summary if we can use 4 things it would be :

- Topical Cod liver oil mixed with Valerian root oil drops
- And rotate Minoxidil with Tretinoin and Morr F ( both for sale in ebay now )
- Dermaneedling

these are all available off the shelf or on Ebay right now.
