Is anyone going to be using more than 1mg per day?
I hope not. We should be careful, as we're experimenting with a chemical on our own bodies.

Worst case scenario (besides a severe allergic reaction) is change of eye color. This is permanent. Bimatoprost seems to have a lot of effects on the eyes; those other side effects appears to be temporary, but beware of eye problems.

Take a look at this; http://www.allergan.com/assets/pdf/latisse_pi.pdf

See the note about the clinical studies as well. We should see changes within 2 months.

Yeah, all the women will run away in fear when you pull out a dick which looks like it has gangrene.

My curiosity is going to kill me someday. Excuse me while I puke.

you wont know FOR SURE unless you get it tested.

But we will have an idea soon enough either way when people start using it. In around 2 months from now people should be seeing something happening. You may say it could be the RU thats producing results(if indeed you feel you have been duped and received RU instead of bimatoprost). But you would not get any results from using 100mg of RU total over the course of around 2-3 months. The same cant be said for bimatoprost though.

1mg of RU per day will do absolutely nothing.

I received bimatoprost today as well. 100 mg is a very small amount. It's hard to picture before you actually see it.

So you guys are thinking they might be sending us 100 mg of RU? LOL! I thought we could trust OC... that's why everyone wanted to go with them.

Is that a major problem if I don't have a scale to that precision. Was thinking I'd try and eyeball half or a quarter of it and mix up a solution, store it in fridge?

A precision scale is mandatory when you're experimenting with chemicals. At least if you want to do it safely.

Dude, not the answer I was hoping for. How much does the appropriate scale cost?

My scale goes to 3 decimals, so in theory it goes down to "1mg"...

That's good, if it's 1 mg, and not 10 mg; you need to be sure. I paid approximately $140 for my scale, and it's less accurate than yours.

WTF, I paid $50 for mine! :dunno: One of us got jipped!

But back in the day I was always told you have to have a scale that goes a couple decimals smaller than your intended measurements. So then we would need one that goes 5 decimals to ensure accuracy. Anyone ever heard this?

Precision scales are expensive. Don't measure one dose at a time... A scale which can measure mcg accurately, is VERY expensive. Make enough solution for one month at a time. That's 30 mg bimatoprost, if you're going to use 1 mg a day.

I have yet to reveive mine yet, but that is what I plan on doing, 30ml per month.

Bimatoprost has been shown to be stable in solution for much longer than that though judging from the eyedrops. Maybe you could fill a 100ml bottle with your vehicle then just add the whole 100mg to it?

Yeah, I think it'll be stable in room temperature for 3 months, in a solution with alcohol, but I recommend mixing for one month at a time.
